I kept seeing reference to ITH without having a clue what it meant!  I eventually found out!  People make all sorts of things &#8216;ITH&#8217;, but I found some bunting designs that I liked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These involve hooping some stabiliser and following step by step instructions, to attach each part of the fabric design in turn, some of it on the back (so spray glue was required).
